## FAQ
- How do I book a photoshoot? Send an inquiry through our booking page. We reply within one working day with availability and a tailored quotation. Your date is secured once the deposit is received.
- Do you require a deposit? Yes. Most sessions require a 30–50% deposit to reserve the date. The balance is due before final delivery.
- Can you photograph at our resort? Absolutely. We work with resorts across the Maldives and coordinate transfers and permissions with them directly.
- How will we receive our photographs? Through a private online gallery in your DHIPIXEL account, where you can favourite, select, download and share.
- Can we request edits? Yes. Every delivered gallery includes a round of reasonable edit requests through your client portal.
- What does a licence allow? Each licence describes where and how you may use an image. Personal licences cover prints and personal social media; commercial licences cover marketing and advertising. See our Licensing Terms for details.
- Which payment methods do you accept? Bank of Maldives (BML) card payments, PayPal and manual bank transfer.
- How long are download links valid? Download links remain active for 90 days and can be used up to five times per file. Contact us if you need them reissued.
