Photography Licensing Terms
What each DHIPIXEL licence allows you to do with a photograph.

Ownership
DHIPIXEL retains copyright in all photographs. A licence grants you specific rights to use an image; it does not transfer ownership.
Personal licence
Prints for personal use (up to 50), wallpapers and personal, non-commercial social media posts. No resale or commercial use.
Editorial licence
Use in news, blogs, magazines and books in an editorial context, with a print run up to 10,000. Credit “© DHIPIXEL” is required.
Commercial licence
Marketing and advertising across web, social and print for one year, worldwide. Not for products made for resale.
Extended licence
Unlimited commercial use including merchandise and products for resale, perpetual and worldwide.
Restrictions
Images may not be used in a defamatory or unlawful way, used to train AI models, or resold or redistributed as stand-alone files under any licence.
