Refund Policy

Services

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 12 months.

If DHIPIXEL must cancel a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund of all payments.

Digital products

Because digital files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. We will refund duplicate purchases, files that are corrupted and cannot be replaced, or licences purchased in error within 7 days if the files have not been downloaded.

How to request

Contact hello@dhipixel.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
