Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you accept a quotation and the deposit is received. The deposit secures your date and is non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

The remaining balance is due before final delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions is free of charge.

Deliverables

Delivery timelines are estimates given in your quotation. Editing style is consistent with our portfolio; we do not supply unedited RAW files.

Store purchases

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the licence selected at checkout and our Licensing Terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
